Obama is no Joke

Have you stopped to consider the little we know about Obama? And, how many red flags pop up on what we do know? The Wall Street Journal recently said Obama has the MOST liberal voting record in Congress.

I realize it would be exciting to have a black man as President. I realize Obama is young and energetic. But we can't forget the prize and the price. Presidents guide policy, influence culture, and appoint judges (lifetime appointments).

Getting swept into the moment and electing just anyone can't be undone in four short years. The effects are lasting. The risks should motivate us to dig deeper, listen closer, and vote academically - not to punish and not to just pass a cultural milestone.

Let me just say this:

Government is not reason, it is not eloquence, it is force; like fire, a troublesome servant and a fearful master. Never for a moment should it be left to irresponsible action.
